Well, it's that time in a young person's life when they start branching out and learning how to do more mature things. I tried giving Alex some rice cereal on his 4 month birthday. He wasn't sure what to think. He didn't seem to like it very much and ended up crying so we quit. I learned a good lesson in it though. The scripture that talks about milk and meat in Christian maturity. I guess I don't like God's disciplining of me either, but I have to go through it to reach the more mature levels of my walk with Jesus. (sorry for the camera strap in the lower picture. Feeding a 4 month old for the first time and trying to hold the camera was more challenging that I thought!)
