June 12 - 17 we went with Dacian's family to Daytona Beach, Florida. Over that time Dacian celebrated her birthday, our 4th wedding anniversery, and Alex's first time in a pool and the ocean. We also built a couple really large sand castles. Here are some of the pics. Enjoy!

Castle builders extraordinare... actually we used a sand castle making kit. But, we still had to put it all together! This was the second of the two. The first was stepped on in the middle of the night.

Alex got to meet the pilot who took us to Florida. This, of course, gave me the idea of making a book of celebrity pictures with Alex. Who could resist that face??!?!

Looks like you had a great time. I'm glad Alex enjoyed the pool so much. Your sand castle was awesome! THat's really neat! I didn't know there was such things as a sand castle kit-I might have to looks into it.
