In the evenings, after it's cooled down but still too early for the biting insects, Alex and I will go out and work in my small garden bed Daddy made me. We'll pick the ripe veggies, pull weeds, water the dirt etc. One evening it was a particularly nice day so Alex and I sat and made a crown out of clover flowers. He loved it!
