Alex update

It's been almost a month since our last post, so here is a brief update. At Alex's 9 month doctor visit we learned that he is in the 98% for height. No idea where he gets that from. He's becoming a speedy crawler and able to stand well enough; and he'll even walk as long as he can hold on to something. He really enjoys pushing (be pulled by?) his car. All this crawling and moving means he's starting to hear the word "no" which he will obey at times. He's also becoming quite the ham. At most any gathering with a lot of people he seems to enjoy all the attention he gets.
Here's some pictures of Alex over the last month.

Dacian, Granny Ison, and Alex went to Western KY to meet up with Anna, Melissa, and Sarah. They all went to an orchard together. Here's Alex posing in a pot.

Here's Alex enjoying the gift of a toy box sent by Grandma Keaton. We have learned that he loves to take things out and take things apart. I guess we'll teach putting things back later on.

Here's Alex enjoying the gift of a Radio Flyer sent by Granny Ison. H'e already taken a cruise around the block and loved every minute of it!

Here's the lad showing off his walking ability. This picture was taken moments before the inevitable fall as he ran into another toy. We cheered him on to get back up.

At the petting zoo with mommy. This was a part of the orchard that Alex really enjoyed.

Posing with the pumpkins.

Alex and Sarah enjoying a moment together. Thank you to Sarah, Melissa, and Anna for making it a great trip. Oh, and Joey was there too. :-)

Cute pictures. Wait til he starts saying "no" back. That's when the fun really begins... :) HA!

Was this the infamous trip when Joey held a baby?

Alex is going to be catching up to Caleb and Noah in no time at all. We'll have wrestling matches before you know it. ~Sarah
