Alex is 16 months old. Thought we'd post some stats!
He's about 34 inches long and a little over 25 lbs. He enjoys reading books, cuddling with his bear or a blanket, running around the kitchen with daddy, climbing on the couch and kisses from momma.
He has several words already. "Mommy, Momma, Dadda, doggie, duckie, night night."
One his favorite things to do while riding in the car is to say over and over, "momma." I'll answer, "Yes, Alex." To which he will say again, "Momma." Repeat this several times and you get the picture. I can't wait until he can start sharing his thoughts with me as we drive.
He's learning how to take his clothes off. He can take his jacket off all by himself now.
He's eating much better these days. We seem to be trudging through the picky eater stage. I'm crossing my fingers that he will not revert back.
People keep asking me when Alex will have a sibling. For those of you wondering, not anytime soon. I'm enjoying Alex too much to add to the mix right now. Ask me again when Alex can feed himself and sleep through the night consistently.
**Alex blows you kisses**

He can learn those skills in 9 months... no problem! :) We wanted Alyce to be potty trained before having another baby and it wasn't until I was about 6 months along that she figured it out, but our goal was reached by the time Noah came.
What, he doesn't say "Star Trek" "William Shatner" yet? Geez, what kind of parents are you? :)
